Membership

Anthony Beach Association is a private, family friendly beach club with a limited number of shareholders and annual members. 

Shareholders

Shareholders are annual members who may purchase one share of stock when they become available. Shareholders are thereafter entitled to reduced annual dues. Shareholders are bound by legal ramifications.

Annual Members

Annual members pay a one-time initiation fee that allows them to retain annual summer membership as long as they pay dues and comply with beach rules.

Applications

Applicants must be sponsored by two shareholder members in good standing and a member of the Board of Directors. Applications can be obtained through any of our Directors, or at the Beach Office during the season. You may also request a copy via our email: anthonybeachinc@gmail.com

A $50.00 application fee is required with all completed applications. This fee will be deducted from the initiation fee upon acceptance.

If accepted, all applications are for family membership. This means that parents and dependent children living in the same household are included in beach privileges. Guest privileges are restricted and are explained in the beach association rules.

All applications will be considered at the Spring meeting of the Board of Directors. Applications for membership must receive a majority vote by the Board to be approved. Decisions regarding applications will be made by June 1st of each year, and applicants will be notified accordingly. 

Please note that in recent years, the number of applicants has exceeded the number of available openings.
